About the client Underwear is essential to any person's wardrobe, and the men's underwear industry has grown significantly. The client is a leading men's luxury underwear brand based in Canada with a fast-growing customer base. About the Role As an Email Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for running email marketing campaigns for our existing customer base and potential customers. From weekly sales newsletters to automated email flows, you'll manage all promotional emails for our ecommerce store. You're someone who loves coming up with creative angles and concepts to run through email and use data to report on your efforts. What you'll be doing Produce and execute all email and SMS campaigns, including building emails from templates and HTML, copywriting, asset coordination, QA, and scheduling Support various strategic programs via manual and triggered campaigns across the customer lifecycle, including prospecting, win‑back, nurturing, post‑purchase, loyalty, retention, surveys, and transactional emails Use customer data and behavior to drive the message and content personalization Devise and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements. Testing includes subject lines, message content, CTAs, customer cohorts and segments, send time, and new features intended to drive performance lift Provide regular campaign performance reports, including opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, revenue lift, unsubscribes, etc Manage the health of the contacts database Who are we looking for 2+ years of experience within the email/CRM domain Experience with Klaviyo would be a huge plus Excellent oral and written communication skills An eye for detail and strong analytical skills Comfortable with databases with over a million contacts Working knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL) Position Email Marketing Specialist Remote Status Fully Remote Preferred Location Global Working Hours Flexible Timing with some cross‑over with EST Holidays US Holidays Salary USD 800 to USD 1100 per month Internal Job ID BT-0003 #J-18808-Ljbffr
