About the Job

We are looking for a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for all digital marketing campaigns, including targeting and generating leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies. Under this role, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be working directly with one of our customers and delivering the tasks outlined in the responsibilities section – see below.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for creating online marketing content that may be deemed necessary, such as blogs, press releases, e-books, whitepapers, website content, etc.
  • Responsible for creating, heading, and managing company social efforts under different platforms, such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms necessary.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining company's newsletter campaigns.
  • Responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns, such as email, PPC, retargeting, direct mail, etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring and analyzing job-related KPIs (key performance indicators), creating weekly and monthly reports, and suggesting and executing action plans to improve KPIs.
  • Responsible for meeting with clients and reporting marketing performance, discussing issues, and creating solutions to alleviate said problems.  
  • Responsible for completing drafts and/or finished projects within schedule.
  • Responsible for creating content for marketing collaterals, such as brochures, proposals, quotes, presentations, and all company collaterals deemed necessary.
  • Collaborate in the creation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, and providing insights.
  • Understanding companies' voice and branding and embodying it across all efforts.  

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
  • Must be able to work from 8am to 5pm EST.
  • Creative and innovative.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills. 
  • Must be able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, always growing/professional/competitive environment.
  • Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills.
