Key Responsibilities- Push to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
- Provide regular performance updates and feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Oversee and monitor conversations between customers and sales representatives to ensure high-quality service and effective selling techniques.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating issues to the Sales Manager if necessary.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the Sales Manager in coaching and mentoring the sales team to optimize their performance.
- Conduct regular reviews of sales representatives' performance and provide actionable feedback.
- Facilitate training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, including sales and customer interaction guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate sales records and preparing performance reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure availability of high-demand products.
- Ensure that product displays are visually appealing and aligned with company standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the luxury or jewelry industry.
- Strong leadership and monitoring skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and customer interactions to improve performance.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.
