Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Saturday - Wednesday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine time

Work setup: Work-from-Office (San Fernando, Pampanga)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries by providing solutions within a time limit to ensure customer satisfaction (pre-sale, billing, shipping, order processing and product technical inquiries).
  • Process return authorizations, orders, and requests.
  • Identify customer needs to recommend the appropriate product or service.
  • Follow up on sales lead, create quotes, and complete final sales.
  • Learn software systems used by the company (Salesforce, NetSuite).
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Provide feedback to management to improve sales, marketing, and business processes.

Qualifications:

  • A college diploma or certification in a related program is an asset.
  • 2+ years experience in a fast-paced customer service setting handling emails.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; empathetic approach to customer needs.
  • Excellent organization and time management; motivated self-starter within a team; detail-oriented problem solver.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You Will Stand Out If:

  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Seller Central.
  • Experience in an e-commerce environment.
  • Good understanding of consumer electronics.

Job Description

The Customer Support Representative will serve as the bridge between clients, warehouse, showroom, and logistics teams, providing exceptional customer service while scheduling technicians for installations, dispatching items, deliveries, and coordinating backjobs.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries via in-store, phone, and email support.
  • Schedule technicians for installations and repairs; track dispatching and deliveries.
  • Collaborate with logistics and warehouse to resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Manage customer records and service schedules.
  • Handle complaints professionally and provide timely resolutions.
  • Maintain product and service information for customers; support showroom/warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Strong coordination and organizational skills; experience in logistics or scheduling is an advantage.

  • Meets and greets customers for maintenance service, repair, or accident repair work.

  • Schedule towing service and assist with outside service requests.
