Candidate Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Doctorate Degree, High School Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Senior High School Diploma, Some College (But did not graduate), TESDA / Technical / Vocational Certificate in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer).
  • Fresh Graduates / Entry Level candidates with experience in Customer Service (Technical) or equivalent.
  • Required skills include: Customer service, Computer Troubleshooting, Basic Computer Knowledge.
Responsibilities

Job Profile: IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Mandaluyong City, Manila, Philippines

Work Experience: Open to all freshers, including college pass-outs, undergraduates, high school graduates, or recent graduates.

Job Description:

  • Provide first-line technical support via telephone and other media for hardware, systems, sub-systems, and applications for customers and employees.
  • Answer basic questions related to installation, operation, configuration, and usage of products.
  • Use diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and suggest solutions for common failures.
  • Escalate complex issues to Remote Support Engineering or Field Engineering teams.
  • Monitor systems, identify problems, and implement corrective actions.
  • Install and configure software, drivers, utilities, etc., on workstations and networks.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, and networking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1st level support via phone and other media.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer requests related to software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for logged incidents and problems.
  • Understand various media sources interfacing with the Service Desk.
  • Support multiple clients professionally and insightfully.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma; higher certifications or licenses are a plus.
  • Relevant IT qualifications or experience equivalent to a relevant certificate course or in IT service delivery.
Key Skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Exchange, and MS Windows networks.
  • Languages: English and local languages of supported countries.
