We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned territories or sectors.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in (specific industry, e.g., retail, FMCG, or B2B).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel if required.
