Job Description
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage potential customers through various channels (online, events, direct sales).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Create and execute promotional campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments (operations, customer service, etc.) to enhance customer experience.
  • Attend networking events, trade fairs, and conferences to generate leads.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-driven and highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with Iloilo’s market trends and customer behavior is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, or marketing tools.
  • Willingness to travel within Iloilo and nearby areas for client meetings.
