Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales growth, enhance brand awareness, and develop strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and business development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, content marketing, and online advertising efforts.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with the product and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel (if required).
