Position: Product Support & Services Assistant Location: Makati City Contract Duration: 6 months (possible extension) Work Schedule: Graveyard / Shifting Work Setup: Hybrid Salary: Open Qualifications Graduate of Computer Science , Management Information Systems , Business Administration , or any related field. Excellent organizational and task management skills. Flexible with work hours — able to adjust to cover EMEA and NY shifts . Experience in a web production environment is required; a passion for the web as an information-sharing and collaboration tool is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills with outstanding telephone and email etiquette . A team player with a positive "can do" attitude . Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions and sound judgments. Proficient in MS Office applications. 1-2 years of relevant experience required . Duties and Accountabilities Work closely with Coordinators , Specialists , and Product Support & Services Leads to update and track content on the Firm's intranet . Assist in completing weekly recurring tasks , including updating SharePoint document libraries , converting office daily reports into posts, and ensuring content is globally available by sharing it across different sites and groups within the intranet. Escalate content gaps or non-uniform information requests to the Product Support & Services Lead . Support the migration and recreation of content from on-premise environments to cloud platforms . Provide administrative support and manage product documentation as core responsibilities . #J-18808-Ljbffr
