Join to apply for the Accounting Clerk (US Based Client) role at Intelassist
Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for two-four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Pacific Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Salary Package: 40,000 to 50,000 PHP/Monthly
Responsibilities- Accounts Receivable - Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services, record all checks and payments in QB
- Prepare the Daily Reports, all reports in excel format.
- Verify that the credit card and cash are inputted into the report and posted to QB
- Prepare all the deposits for the monies collected from the daily business.
- Ensure total cash in box and vouchers equal total funds needs in Petty Cash and post in QB (Quickbooks)
- Bank & QB Reconciliation of deposits and withdrawals.
- Bank & credit card (merchant) related fees and post to QB
- Keeping records & files of Accounting Documents.
- Keeping records of personnel files.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years experience as an Accounting Clerk
- Experience in Quickbooks is required.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
