We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our department as District Head, Relationship Management , reporting to Head of Business Banking. Principal Responsibilities Formulate, implement and manage tactical campaigns to support achievement of Business Banking’s plan on growth and customer experience Drive a mindset and skill change among his/ her teams and to encourage cross‑department / division / border collaboration Lead, direct and supervise multiple sales teams to achieve the respective sales/ income targets and deliver excellent services to SME customers Set expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop leaders to ensure that they maximize their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilities Ensure all sales teams adhere to the internal and external policies of the Bank and regulators, albeit the highly competitive commercial market Requirements Significant banking experience with at least 3 years’ experience in serving SME segment, and minimum 3 years in management / supervisory role Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance Strong self‑motivation and team leadership Strong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills Strong sense of managing credit and financial crime riskProficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage The employment is subject to Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRCS) as per regulatory requirement.
