We are hiring for a Service Leader – Housekeeping. Responsibilities Ensure smooth daily running of the housekeeping operation Support the Service Manager in maintaining service quality Supervise the team performance and process flow Maintain and clean guest rooms and replenish room supplies Maintain and clean bathrooms and replenish bathroom amenities Tidy and arrange guest belongings when cleaning the room Ensure quality assurance standards are met at all times Maintain and clean hotel corridors Report any maintenance‑related issues to the Engineering Department Interact and assist guests professionally when needed Qualifications Takes pride in being a hotelier Enjoys interacting with people Fully understands room operations Communicates with fluency in English (and local language) Must be detail‑focused and guest‑oriented Has strong interpersonal skills Enjoys problem solving with a can‑do attitude Enjoys being challenged Seniority Level Associate Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Management and Customer Service Industries Hospitality, Travel Arrangements, and Food and Beverage Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
