Store Supervisor – Pasay (Retail Supervisor Apprentice)
Job Description:
The Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales performance. This role supervises frontline staff, assists in inventory management, and ensures that the store upholds brand standards in the cosmetics industry.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support store staff in delivering outstanding customer service.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through effective team guidance and upselling strategies.
- Provide product knowledge and beauty consultation to customers when needed.
- Oversee merchandise display, stock replenishment, and store cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and help prevent stock losses.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain high performance and product expertise.
- Handle escalated customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Support the Store Manager in implementing promotions, events, and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory role in retail, preferably in cosmetics, beauty, or fashion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Sales-driven with the ability to motivate a team to meet targets.
- Knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, or beauty products is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsible for assisting the Store Manager through effective administration of the department to achieve smooth day-to-day operations and efficient customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, creating opportunities, attending store meetings, adhering to policies, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff on the selling floor.
Store Operations:
- Follow cash handling policies and participate in safety standards
- Assist in brand image and housekeeping compliance
- Support promotions aligned with company standards
- Assist in safety and security measures for merchandise, customers and employees
Merchandise and Stock Management:
- Participate in inventory management, transfers, pricing, counts, and audits
- Maintain inventory and stock levels
- Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to align warehousing with selling requirements
People Management:
- Schedule staff
- Motivate sales staff to achieve targets
- Ensure policy compliance including uniform and grooming
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years supervisory experience in Store Operations, Inventory or Sales Management
