Overview
We are looking for an HR Administrator with 1–2 years of experience in both human resources and the automotive dealership environment. This role supports the day-to-day HR and administrative functions of a busy dealership team, helping ensure smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR and management teams.
Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and databases accurately and confidentially.
Help coordinate payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration.
Support employee communications and distribute internal HR-related materials.
Assist with compliance tracking and documentation (e.g., licenses, certifications, training).
Schedule and coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and other HR events.
Respond to routine HR inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate team members.
Previous experience in an HR administrative role, preferably within an automotive dealership or related industry.
Solid understanding of basic HR functions and administrative processes.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS experience is a plus).
Discretionary bonus - not a 13th month pay.
Referral Bonus - 70 AUD per successful hire (1 month with the client)
