- First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet visitors, issue passes, and follow security protocols.
- Answer the telephone professionally. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups as needed.
- Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requester.
- Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders. Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supplies, and onboarding.
- Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions with strong customer service standards.
- Organize and manage on-site events, including securing space, setup/teardown, and delivery of supplies.
- Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures; notify appropriate parties to ensure safety.
- Coordinate with vendors supplying services or goods to the workplace.
- Explain detailed information within the team. Follow manager directions and use defined procedures to solve straightforward problems.
- High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
- Clear communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
