HRDA Talent Acquisition Management- FERNA/PURECHEM CORPORATION Purpose This job is established to support the Head of Management Systems and Compliance Office (MSCO) in leading the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of all the management systems of Ferna Corporation and supporting the overall business strategy of the organization. Scope Acts as the Lead Auditor for Internal Audit and Supplier Audit (planning, implementation, review and improvement) Lead, as the Asst. Head of Sustainability Strategy, the company’s sustainability program and ensures real progress in cutting food loss and waste and builds a strong sustainability culture in the company aligned with UN Sustainability Development Goals Supervise the entire audit process of FDA, Halal, or other regulatory standards through effective planning, execution, and communication; lead the team, liaise with regulators and company management, report findings to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement. Undertake review of the management system of the organization to continually improve its efficiency and effectiveness Facilitate and coordinate with concerned process owners on the establishment and improvement of their processes especially the documentations Analyze and evaluate data and information on conformity of products, level of customer satisfaction, performance of the management system, effectiveness of actions to address risks, performance of suppliers Acts as the Document Controller including the management of the Knowledge Management Portal and the Document Repositories Ensures the strict implementation of the company’s rules and regulations, policies and procedures as well as the established Food Safety and Quality Management Systems and other management systems. Acts as the Administrator of MSCO to conform with the internal policies of the organization on purchasing, office management, accounts payables, preparations for customer and client visits Deliver trainings, awareness session, orientation on subject matters within the scope of MSCO Management of projects and programs, throughout its life cycle, approved by the Head of MSCO Assists the Head of MSCO in the establishment, review, updating, cascading and implementation of MSCO policies, procedures, work instructions and forms/checklist aligned with the applicable management systems standards Liaise with customers through Sales, certification bodies including all concerned parties and manage their visits Attends to all QMS related trainings, meetings and audits as needed. Works with the smooth and seamless implementation of Food Safety Standard such as ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 and other applicable Prerequisite Programs, HACCP Control Program, Allergen Management, GMP and GWP, Audits, Food Fraud, Food Defense Knowledge Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety Management Systems – Knowledgeable in these various management systems including development of standards/protocols, policies, procedures, references, guidelines and references. Process Improvement – Knowledgeable in various process improvement tools applicable to the business operations of the Company including planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. Strategic Planning - set clear organizational goals, analyze internal and external factors, and create strategies to achieve long-term objectives; know how to track progress and adjust plans to keep the organization aligned with its vision. Risk Management- understand risk management principles to identify, assess, and control potential threats that could impact product quality, safety, or regulatory compliance; includes knowledge of risk assessment tools, control strategies, and continuous monitoring to ensure effective mitigation and ongoing improvement. Education and Work Experience Graduate of Bachelor of Science degree, preferably Engineering and Food Technology (with professional license or relevant certifications) With trainings and seminars on ISO 9001, Lead Auditor Course (IRCA Certified), Document Control, Food Safety, HALAL, cGWP/cGMP, Leadership Training, Lean Six Sigma Belt (Green or higher is preferred), Sustainability Development Goals Job Information Seniority Level: Entry level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Quality Assurance Industry: Food and Beverage Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
