What We Offer Competitive industry salaries and comprehensive benefits packages People‑First culture with focus on total rewards, wellness, HR, and diversity Inclusive environment and community impact Internal mobility and professional growth at all career stages Responsibilities Manage one strategic campaign and up to three non‑strategic accounts throughout the client lifecycle Ensure campaign metrics/SLAs are met and clients are highly satisfied Lead client management: conduct business reviews, report progress, facilitate communication between internal teams, hold face‑to‑face meetings, and build trusted partnerships Lead financial management: achieve forecasted revenue and gross margin, grow headcount, revenue and margins, negotiate contracts as needed Communicate: charm and influence people worldwide, provide actionable feedback, influence stakeholders, professionally present to groups and 1/1s, host client visits Operational management: handle issues, meet contractual KPI expectations, reach customer satisfaction score ≥ 8, administer reporting Strategic management: identify growth opportunities with clients, lead team on long‑ and short‑term objectives, mitigate risks, innovate, and drive value initiatives Skills Experience managing international teams Hands‑on process improvement and project management Intermediate to advanced Excel, Zendesk, Salesforce CRM & Service Cloud, quantitative modeling Experience with other CRM, customer service technology, cloud‑hosted telephony (plus) Interest in how new technologies and businesses are changing the face of work Requirements (including, but not limited to) 3+ years in consulting and/or account management 3+ years in customer care, call centers, or back‑office operations 3+ years in start‑ups or high‑growth companies Driven to self‑improve and extend spheres of knowledge and influence Practical and action‑oriented Ability to sell and be persistent and aggressive Must inspire and persuade people Willingness to work long, hard hours, weekends Up to 30% annual travel to client offices in San Francisco Bay Area, Santa Monica, Philippines, New York City, and Latin America Standing and sitting for sustained periods of time, at least 50% Close visual acuity for detailed activities such as analyzing data and reading How We Partner to Protect You TaskUs will neither solicit money from you during your application process nor require any payment to proceed with your application.
