Position Title: Relationship Manager - Consumer Banking Job Summary:

Accredits and establishes corporate and developer tie-ups for Metro Manila branches. Handles account solicitation, line utilization, conducts site inspection, line renewals and account maintenance for developers. Ensures proper coordination both from internal and external clientele to attain the desired volume and quality of Metrohome loan portfolio for Consumer Lending Group.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

Spearheads and supervises the following specific marketing activities:

  • Accreds and/or establishes line of developers for end-buyer tie-up and CTS Facility
  • Renews line and/or re-accredits developer for end-buyer tie-up and CTS Facility
  • Prepares Call Reports/Interoffice Letters/Approval Memoranda/Offering Ticket containing formal recommendation or presentation of the package to the Credit Committee or proper approving authority. Gathers all necessary materials and information to be used for the approval. Handles the total and complete loan packaging of possible end buyer financing/accreditation based on the Bank’s existing policies and procedures.
  • Conducts client calls to prospective and existing developers
  • Conducts project inspection for accreditation
  • Conducts roadshow presentation to developers, including its brokers and/or agents
  • Ensures compliance on the terms and conditions stated in the ERCA of the developers
  • Solicits accounts / Metrohome applications from the developers. Attends various activities and/or open houses of developers
  • Develops/formulates marketing strategies to ensure consistency in generation of home loan applications to meet the targets set by management.
  • Analyzes market situations, conducts studies and surveys to keep the bank updated on the latest market trends.
  • Provides updates on any new or revised policy and procedure or guidelines and disseminates the same to the Account Officers, Account Coordinators, and Relationship Assistants to ensure clarity of information furnished relative to implementation of these policies which are geared towards more effective and quality generation of Metrohome Loan Portfolio.
  • Ensures achievement of the KRA and target of the Account Officers, Account Coordinators, and Relationship Assistants
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
