Process Improvement Analyst

Location: Makati City, Metro Manila; Hybrid work arrangement; Salary: Php 44,000 to 60,000; Employer: Cambridge University Press & Assessment

Job Description: We’re looking for someone with a talent for process and system improvement and automation to join the International Education Digital Production team. The ideal candidate will help transform internal processes to deliver educational resources to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Build positive relationships with International Education Operations and Technology, and learn how the organization works
  • Analyze current ways of working and systems; recommend improvements
  • Design and implement recommended solutions in collaboration with Technology
  • Represent department needs on technology projects as a subject-matter expert; ensure systems are effective

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of business analysis and process improvement techniques
  • Understanding of automation types and tools
  • Experience analyzing complex processes and proposing solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate requirements for stakeholders

Desirable:

  • Presentation and influencing skills; ability to drive value and growth

What will you do as a Publishing Systems and Process Analyst?

Reporting to the Head of Global Publishing Systems, accountabilities include building relationships, analyzing workflows, designing solutions, and representing department needs on technology projects.
