We are hiring a full-time and experienced Business Analyst to support the development and execution of our e-commerce platform.

We are looking for the following specific requirements
•

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management or e-commerce environment
  • Strong executor mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Cross-functional team and project management experience
  • Prior experience in customer support roles
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and user-centered design
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Asana, Zendesk, Scrum

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Lead the development of e-commerce platform products from concept to post-launch
  • Prioritize backlog based on business value and customer impact
  • Conduct training for support staff on tools and features
  • Maintain documentation and support materials
  • Act as liaison between dev, support, and customers
  • Handle support escalations and provide quick resolutions
