JOB OVERVIEW

As a Market Implementation Manager, you will lead and coordinate the successful delivery of analytics products in Asian markets, with an initial focus on Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

This role will align client business needs within the implementation of our analytics product and data assets. Acting as a key liaison between client business teams and supported by our internal data and product teams, the Market Implementation Manager ensures seamless execution of deliverables, adherence to timelines, and clarity in client requirements. This role will report to the Product Owner for Product Management

  • Serve as a key contact for market-specific client implementations, by maintaining open communication and managing expectations with client stakeholders throughout delivery lifecycle.
  • Lead client-facing discussions to gather, clarify, and document business requirements, aligning them with product capabilities and data availability, with clear structured documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal data and product teams to design feasible solutions that meet client needs and delivery constraints.
  • Define and monitor implementation plans, ensuring on-time delivery by managing risks, dependencies, and scope changes, across internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) acceptance, ensuring quality and accuracy in deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Business Analyst, Implementation Manager, or Project Delivery Lead
  • Proven experience in managing client-facing implementations and translating complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven products and familiarity with data lifecycle, reporting, and analytics deliverables.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple implementation streams in parallel.
  • Experience working & communicating with Asian markets; exposure to healthcare or insurance domains is a plus.
