Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the girl group live streaming department, ensuring smooth operations and strong team performance.
  • Develop live streaming strategies tailored for Southeast Asia (especially the Philippines) and U.S. markets, focusing on fan engagement, monetization, and brand growth.
  • Market Expansion: Research and analyze trends, competitors, and audience preferences in Southeast Asia and the U.S.
  • Cross-border Coordination: Collaborate with talent agencies, marketing, and operations teams across Southeast Asia and the U.S.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including revenue, traffic, retention, and user engagement, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Talent Management: Guide and train girl group members to improve live streaming professionalism and global appeal.
Requirements
  • Language: Proficient in English; fluency in Filipino/Tagalog or another Southeast Asian language is a strong advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in live streaming, entertainment, or social media industry, with experience in Southeast Asia (Philippines preferred) and U.S. markets.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Southeast Asian and U.S. digital ecosystems (e.g., TikTok, Bigo Live, Shopee Live, YouTube, Twitch).
  • Skills: Strong data-driven mindset and ability to optimize strategy based on performance. Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
  • Personality: Trend-sensitive, passionate about entertainment and live streaming, adaptable to fast-paced, global environments.
