Key Responsibilities
  • Source, engage, and qualify candidates from global talent pools using various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within an RPO framework, ensuring alignment with client requirements and service-level agreements
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role specifications, market conditions, and recruitment timelines
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate fit, availability, and salary expectations
  • Utilize recruitment tools, databases, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment reports to clients and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, diversity initiatives, and data privacy regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to global sourcing and RPO environments
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and global talent markets
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
