We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Digital Talent Relationship Associate to manage and nurture relationships with members of the AIRR Squad—our curated pool of talents skilled in livestreaming, content creation, editing, and publishing on TikTok and other social media platforms. This role involves building strong rapport with talents, developing programs to support and engage the AIRR Squad, and addressing their needs to ensure long-term collaboration and growth. The ideal candidate excels at relationship management, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about fostering a vibrant and productive community of digital talents.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with talents in the AIRR Squad.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for talents, addressing their concerns and needs promptly.
  • Develop and implement programs consistently to support, engage, and retain AIRR Squad members.
  • Organize regular check-ins, workshops, and networking events for talents.
  • Monitor and evaluate talent performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align talent activities with business objectives and campaign requirements.
  • Ensure talents are consistently updated on new opportunities, tools, and platform developments.
  • Manage a database of active talents, tracking their preferences, availability, and performance.
  • Provide guidance to talents on content optimization to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Collect and analyze talent feedback to improve programs and strengthen relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital/ social commerce talent relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, talent management, or a related field.
  • Experience in relationship management, community building, or similar roles, preferably in digital or creative industries is not required, but a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with diverse talents effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to manage multiple talents and programs simultaneously.
  • Passion for fostering meaningful relationships and creating a supportive environment for digital talents.
