Qualifications Must be a graduate of BS Architecture Role Description In charge of analyzing and inspecting data in relation to accomplishing architectural designs. Coordinates with key personnel to ensure design specification compliance. Drawing / Design 1) Preparation and update of As-built drawings: Structural Fire Sprinkler System Plumbing 2) Reading/interpretation of plans and specification 3) Preparation of shop Drawings/ISD/CSD Quality 4) Review of For Construction Drawing 5) Preparation of RFI’s/CVI/SI 6) Preparation of Submittals 7) Monitoring of Submittals and RFI 8) Monitoring and closing-out of Non Compliance Notices 9) Coordinate implementation of FCD’s 10) Attending walk-thru with the Subcontractors 11) Understanding of Contract Documents 12) Managing the works, technical preparation of correspondence to Subcontractors and Suppliers 13) Attend technical construction coordination meetings 14) Emphasis on good quality to promote possible repeat client 15) Conduct QA/QC inspection with required ISO forms 16) Conduct punch listing prior to turn-over: Structure Landscaping Interior Finishes Cost 17) Review and understanding of Contract Documents 18) Identifying potential contract variation based on issued document by the Owner’s Representative Implementation / Time 19) Preparation of pre-construction planning per scope of work 20) Coordinate work program with interface with all other scope of work of the project 21) Supervision of Architectural Sub-contractors 22) Preparation of documents for turning over project to project manager or client 23) Identification, monitoring, and close-out of balance of works Safety 24) Compliance to Project Safety Programs 25) Implementation of safety and health plans of the project 26) Toolbox meetings Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Design, Art/Creative, and Information Technology Industry Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at D.M.
