And you might be part of this amazing growth as our team keeps expanding beyond all expectations What you’ll do The Order Support/Purchasing Administrator plays a key role in supporting the Purchasing Team by managing purchase orders, stock transfers, and supplier coordination. This role ensures all purchasing activities are processed accurately and efficiently to maintain seamless operations across the business. Key responsibilities Maintain purchase orders to ensure all open orders are correctly dated. Ensure purchase orders have the correct status applied in Pronto. Raise interstate stock transfers. Manage supplier backorders and notify internal staff members of updates. Raise new range of sample orders and transfer. Complete ad‑hoc duties to support the purchasing function. Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College degree in any course. At least 2 years of related working experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personality types. Flexibility and a willingness to learn new things. Work Arrangements Schedule: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT.
