Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute localized social media strategies for teams in Japan and Korea, ensuring alignment with global brand and content guidelines.
  • Curate, localize, and publish high-impact content including: Reports, research papers, white papers, education materials awards and recognitions and client spotlights.
  • Monitor and engage with local audiences, including clients and their end clients, to foster community and brand trust.
  • Partner with internal teams to highlight achievements and showcase new index strategies and thought leadership.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies.
  • Drive traffic to Nasdaq.com and increase inbound inquiries related to Data and Index offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with regional regulations and internal policies; under no circumstances will product promotion be permitted.
Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in financial services or B2B sectors.
  • Native or fluent proficiency in Japanese and Korean, with strong English communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of local social media platforms, trends, and audience behaviors in Japan and Korea.
  • Experience with social media publishing and analytics tools.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content localization skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams.
  • Passion for financial markets, data, and digital storytelling.
