Job Title: Social Media Specialist Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setup: Onsite Location: Makati City Industry: Food & Beverage Responsibilities Write compelling copy for social media posts, email newsletters, and website content, ensuring a consistent brand voice. Monitor, manage, and respond to customer comments and direct messages on social media in a timely and professional manner. Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to promote seasonal menu items, special events, discounts, and other promotional offers. Support email marketing campaigns by segmenting the customer base, designing eye-catching templates, and tracking performance. Work with restaurant management to plan and promote special events (e.g., food festivals, holiday promotions, themed nights). Stay updated on local events, holidays, and cultural moments that could influence marketing strategies and campaigns. Help maintain the restaurant’s website, ensuring that the menu, hours, location, and promotions are up to date. Support the design and production of physical marketing materials such as flyers, posters, menus, and signage. Assist with the planning, marketing, and promotion of in-house events. Qualifications A graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or any business-related field. With at least 3 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or social media management. Must have experience in the food and beverage industry. Ability to learn and adhere to brand standards and other standard marketing practices. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), creativity in campaign ideation, and familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Ability to work well and quickly under pressure both individually and as a part of a team. Excellent project management skills to consistently meet deadlines. Excellent multitasking skills.
