PositionAs Marketing Manager, you are an omnichannel marcomms expert and will be part of an entrepreneurial team. You will plan and support the execution of Marketing’s large-scale integrated campaigns to generate demand and drive pipeline growth. You will work with international and brand marketing teams, to fuel the explosive growth of institutions in North America.
Responsibilities- Drive lead demand generation activities such as events, online campaigns, webinars, direct marketing, social, collateral and advocacy program to meet targets
- Deliver a broad range of customer focused deliverables to support marketing and sales organisations
- Work closely with regional sales teams to identify customers for reference activities (case studies, speaking opportunities, press activities, etc.)
- Attend events and trainings to stay abreast of the latest developments
- Educate external customers on the value of the program and internal customers on how to support their customers with co-marketing activities
- Contribute creative ideas to crack the market and find new opportunities through innovation
- Plan and launch partnership marketing campaigns tailored for each partner, based on the partner’s objectives
- Create positive partner experiences that drive excitement, alignment, and growth
- Track campaign performance and optimize to meet goals
- Produce reports with strategic analysis and insight on campaign delivery and management
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a similar field
- Experience in International Student Recruitment/Education sector
- Strong English speaking and writing skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and campaigns in a dynamic environment
- Excellent presentation skills to present ideas clearly
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Professional and upbeat demeanour with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong business judgment
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to deliver quality outputs under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management to influence outcomes
