Join to apply for the Key Account Manager (Home Appliances) role at Samsung Southeast Asia & Oceania Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will maximize revenue and profit by planning and executing a sales strategy and plan optimized for the selected channel account based on the regional business strategy. You will build a foundation for maximizing sales revenue and profit based on trust and teamwork with the channel accounts. Role And Responsibilities (Sales target management by channel) Prepare to set the optimal sales target that will drive continued growth of the business unit and channel accounts (partners) and encourage employee morale. (Sales strategy setting by channel) Plan the optimal sales strategy that will allow you to meet the sales target by analyzing the assigned channel accounts, commercial district, and products. (Sales execution) Carry out sales in ways that focus on achieving the target based on cooperation with channel accounts. (Channel monitoring and risk management) Participate in the building of trust with channel accounts and create a foundation for continued revenue growth. Skills And Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the consumer goods/consumer electronics industry/GMCG. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share in the assigned territory. Experience in managing and negotiating with key accounts and dealers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to present, persuade, and negotiate with key decision‑makers. Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies and tactics. Strong business acumen, including financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment. Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Must be willing to work on‑site daily at McKinley Hill, Taguig.
