Overview
We\'re a fast-growing BPO company looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founder during U.S./ international business hours. This night shift role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Manage the Founder\'s calendar, meetings, and travel
- Draft and handle executive communications
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
- 2-4 years of EA experience, preferably in BPO or tech
- Excellent English and communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable with night shifts and remote tools (Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Experience in project management
- Willing to commute to Alabang for a hybrid setup (2 days on site, 3 days WFH)
- Willing to do NIGHT SHIFT
- Competitive salary + night differential
