Role overview We are looking for a highly organized Client Success Virtual Assistant – Client Transition Admin to join our Customer Success Team. You will manage onboarding transition tasks, ensuring they are tracked, completed, and communicated effectively to deliver a smooth client experience during the onboarding phase. What you’ll do Responsibilities Coordinate and track onboarding transitions with internal teams and clients. Ensure timely communication and follow-through on all transition tasks. Maintain organized records and collaboration across involved stakeholders. Requirements Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience using task management tools like Asana (preferred) and Slack. Excellent communication and follow-through; reliable and proactive. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and keep processes on track. Self-starter who works well in a remote, team-oriented environment.
