The Procurement Operations team is one of the fastest growing units in SoftwareOne’s SW&C Marketplace Delivery and currently looks for motivated employees to support SoftwareOne’s strategy and vision towards Software Portfolio Management.

The Customer Success Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting SoftwareOne’s customers by processing purchase orders (POs) received from the sales team. Build sales orders, coordinate deliveries, validate and ensure final delivery to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Validate customer orders and vendor quotes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with procurement policies.
  • Communicate through emails, reports, and reminders to ensure timely updates and alignment across partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and finance departments to address invoice disputes and optimize procurement outcomes.
  • Stay updated on standard methodologies in procurement, supply chain management, and resource planning systems.
  • Embrace challenges, multitask, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
What we need to see from you
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience in supply chain (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
  • Microsoft CSP Licensing and Order Processing knowledge is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of prior experience in customer service/success
  • Proficiency/knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Acrobat
