We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. Responsibilities Strategy & Planning: Web development and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals. Oversee campaign planning and budget allocation across paid, owned, and earned media. Identify target audiences and optimize marketing funnels for customer acquisition and retention. Plan and manage digital campaigns across platforms (Company Website, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies. Oversee website performance, CRO, and UX improvements – driving continuous optimization. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and manage a team of digital marketers, content creators, and SEO specialists (if applicable). Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals. Analytics & Reporting Track, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, etc. Analyze customer data, campaign ROI, and KPIs to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement. Brand & Content Oversight Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across digital channels. Supervise content creation for blogs, emails, ads, landing pages, and social media. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 35+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience managing digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and analytics tools. Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
