We Are Hiring: Affiliate Marketing Analyst Location: Hybrid – Makati, Philippines | Employment Type: Full-Time Calibr8 Digital is expanding its performance marketing capabilities and is seeking a highly motivated Affiliate Marketing Analyst to join our newly established Affiliate Management team. This position plays a key role in supporting our e-commerce growth initiatives and managing partnerships across major platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok. Key Responsibilities Campaign & Commission Management Support the planning, execution, and optimization of open and targeted SKU commission programs. Coordinate campaign rollout across e-commerce platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and seasonal priorities. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve brand and revenue objectives. Affiliate & Partner Management Develop and maintain relationships with content creators, affiliates, and multi-channel networks (MCNs). Coordinate creator briefing, onboarding, and performance monitoring to ensure brand-compliant output and contribution to commercial goals. Assist in establishing a scalable affiliate network to support future business expansion. Performance Tracking & Insights Prepare performance dashboards and generate reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with internal teams (Media, BI & Tech, Management) to deliver accurate tracking, reporting, and strategic recommendations. Stay up-to-date on emerging affiliate marketing trends and e-commerce developments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role (fresh graduates and career shifters with strong potential are welcome to apply). Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with digital marketing tools is an advantage.
