About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist . This role will be based in 6750 Building, Makati City, Philippines . Responsibilities Order to cash – Critical primary point of contact for accounts and customers of Chevron Australia Downstream. Process refine and lubricants orders accurately and on a timely manner. Execute other processes as deemed necessary including support for auto replenishment process, and look for customers to place orders to maximize and optimize truck capacity. Handle general inquiries and complaints – Handles disputes, after sales issues and complaints, and commercial queries. Resolve simple and complex customer complaints. Provide Chevron Business Point (CBP) Level 1 Support – Manage self-registration, password reset, access problems, links to other applications as applicable. About You Applications from motivated and talented individuals with a keen interest in the energy industry are encouraged. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in business-related courses or equivalent degree. Proficient in MS Office applications. Good oral and written communication skills.
