What does a Talent Sourcing Specialist do?

Think of yourself as responsible for attracting the best possible talent to work for and support TaskUs.

Imagine going to work with one thing on your mind: boosting TaskUs’ hiring strategies. You will develop and implement “ridiculous, out-of-the-box” sourcing strategies and hiring plans to meet the company’s FTE requirements.

As a Sourcing Specialist , you will:

  • Build strong business knowledge;
  • Integrate marketing strategies into sourcing and talent attraction;
  • Maintain internal and external candidate data in real-time staffing systems
  • Manage TaskUs’ Employee Referral Program, vendor management, external branding, marketing, and sourcing activities; and
  • Support and assist TaskUs’ Staffing team.

Do you have what it takes to become a Sourcing Specialist ?

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in sourcing/marketing for recruitment
  • Experience in non-traditional sourcing, marketing activities, and in-events coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google Applications
  • Mastery of verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Competency in database management and record keeping
  • Capability to adapt to changing trends in marketing/recruitment
