Location: 1300 Pasay City, National Capital Region. Remote work arrangement.

Overview
As a Remote Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process for our diverse client base. You will draft compelling job descriptions, conduct video interviews, and coordinate with clients to understand requirements and finalize pricing details.
Responsibilities
- Attend discovery calls with clients to understand job requirements, competencies, skills, and outputs.
- Craft and refine job descriptions with clients to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Collaborate with clients to finalize per-hour pricing and billing details.
- Anticipate recruitment challenges and propose innovative solutions.
- Post finalized job descriptions in Zoho and other platforms; screen CVs and endorse candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and adjust processes as needed.
- Conduct thorough video interviews to evaluate candidates’ competencies and cultural fit.
- Facilitate candidate walkthroughs with clients from selection to onboarding.
- Maintain the ATS (Zoho) with current candidate records.
- Collaborate with Sourcing and Recruitment Specialists to post ads on social media and relevant platforms.
- Establish clear communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams; build strategic partnerships in talent acquisition.
Key Performance Objectives
- First 2 weeks: Conduct at least 2 introductory calls and compile insights for 3 upcoming job descriptions; ensure 100% accurate candidate records in Zoho; post finalized job descriptions.
- Within 30 days: Complete video interviews for all shortlisted candidates; provide timely feedback; participate in at least 90% of scheduled client discovery calls; expand recruitment reach via social media.
- 3 months: Reduce time-to-post descriptions by 20%; increase endorsement-to-hire ratio by 15%; achieve 90% candidate onboarding satisfaction; implement at least 3 process improvements.
- 6 months: Reduce average time-to-fill by 15%; continue improving hire success rates and posting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with video interviewing platforms and ATS (Zoho preferred).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, global work environment; strong communication and active listening skills.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships; holistic candidate evaluation.
Home-Based Requirements
- Fast and reliable wired internet (min 5 Mbps).
- Quiet, private home office; minimal distractions.
- Updated computer, quality headset with microphone, and working webcam.
