About the Role

As a Senior Recruiter at Outstaffer, you’ll be at the forefront of sourcing, screening, and presenting top-tier candidates from Australia and across APAC for our clients in Australia and the United States. You’ll partner closely with Recruitment Consultants and Client Success Managers, ensuring we meet client hiring needs efficiently and deliver outstanding candidate experiences — backed by AI tools, recruitment technology, and a global support network.

What You’ll Do
  • Source, identify, and screen top-tier candidates using Outstaffer’s AI-powered platform, job boards, networking, and sourcing tools.
  • Align candidates to client job requisitions with a focus on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and clients.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Provide a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to post-interview feedback.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver recruitment updates and drive hiring success.
  • Stay ahead of market trends, advising clients on talent availability and hiring strategies.
  • Engage in internal projects, knowledge sharing, and support CSR initiatives.
  • Manage candidate pools or candidate pooling strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of talent.
  • Demonstrate the ability to identify good versus great candidates, ensuring quality over quantity.
About You
  • Experienced: 4+ years in recruitment, sourcing, staffing, or talent acquisition.
  • Candidate matchmakers: Skilled at aligning talent to client needs with precision and speed.
  • Growth-driven: Curious, adaptable, and excited about building an international career.
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using ATS platforms, sourcing databases, and recruitment tools.
  • Client-focused: Committed to delivering excellent experiences to clients and candidates alike.
  • Detail-oriented: Organized with strong attention to accuracy, documentation, and follow-up.
  • Relationship builders: Exceptional communicators who thrive in consultative, client-facing environments.
  • Autonomous: Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently within a remote setting.

Note: Specialisation experience in a recruitment niche such as Technology & Engineering, Finance & Accounting, HR, or Administration is highly regarded.
