  • Implement safety protocols and training.
  • Assist in budgeting and procurement of vehicles.
Qualifications and Preferences
  • Educational Qualifications: Education degree not required. Relevant experience is valued.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in fleet coordination or related fields.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sourcing subcontractors, strong communication and relationship-building skills, detailed orientation, and onboarding abilities.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional site visits; may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills, proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
