We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who can go beyond job boards and find the kind of Australian talent who fit perfectly , thrive in our culture, and help both the business -- and themselves grow. This is a long-term, full-time remote role , but you won't be isolated. Feedwell already has a successful and growing Filipino team in customer service, accounting, administration, and recruitment coordination -- a team that's been part of the business for more than three years and gathers periodically for connection and collaboration . You’ll work directly with the Head of People & Culture , communicating frequently and partnering on recruitment and retention programs. This is not a high-volume role filling dozens of seats each month. It's about quality over quantity -- finding the right people for the right seats and building a hiring system that keeps improving as we grow.
