Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage Recruitment Team: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet recruitment targets and maintain high standards.
  • Source Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to find suitable candidates for open positions.
  • Screen and Interview: Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture.
  • Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and promote the employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation in the job market.
  • Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
