Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join their team This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive sales growth in a dynamic and growing company. With a focus on international sales, you'll have the chance to build strong relationships, manage a team, and make a significant impact on the company's success. About Our Client Our client is specializing in wood product trade and sustainable timber-based real estate projects, they are a leader in integrating wood into residential, hospitality, and commercial developments across Southeast Asia. What you'll be doing? Develop strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to meet company goals. Build relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with international buyers. Manage sales process: Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to final delivery. Analyze market trends: Identify new product opportunities and recommend strategies to senior management. Manage team: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets. Provide reports: Deliver regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Manage budgets: Ensure cost-effective operations by managing budgets and expenses. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all relevant export regulations and standards. Who are they looking for? Experience: At least 5 years of international sales experience with a proven track record. Leadership skills: Strong ability to motivate and develop a sales team. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical skills: Strong ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies. Regulatory knowledge: Knowledge of export regulations and standards. Travel: Ability to travel internationally as required.
