Support the contract management process, reconciliation tasks, and policy communications to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Monitor sales operations processes and continuously evaluate workflow effectiveness, implementing improvements to support scalability and growth. Support the department in managing sales operations initiatives and other related tasks assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience in sales operations or business support. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems is an advantage. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills; high attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across operational functions.
