Position: Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Ads Manager

Location: Remote (WFH)

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage large advertising budgets effectively to maximise ROI and minimise cost per acquisition.
  • Set up, monitor, and optimize conversion tracking to ensure accurate attribution and data-driven decisions.
  • Perform A/B testing specifically on paid ads to enhance ad creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies that focus on enhancing paid ad performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics and attribution modeling.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Coordinate closely with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure ad campaigns and organic strategies are aligned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing large ad budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Proven track record of driving high ROI paid campaigns.
  • Expertise in performance tracking, analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong experience with A/B testing for paid ads (not website-level testing).
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies related to ads.
  • Familiarity with data attribution models and performance measurement frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices (expertise is not required, but understanding is highly preferred).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
