Retail Marketing Manager Salary Range: 60,000 - 80,000 We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Marketing Manager to spearhead our local marketing initiatives in the Philippines. This pivotal role will be responsible for executing strategies that boost foot traffic, increase sales conversions, and foster long-term brand loyalty. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute ROI-driven digital campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and performance marketing outcomes Lead content strategy and execution across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Ensure all creative assets align with brand voice, reflect local market trends, and follow best practices for engagement Email & Remarketing Implement and optimize targeted email marketing and remarketing campaigns Support product launches, promotional events, and customer retention efforts Influencer Marketing Manage monthly influencer seeding activities, including product dispatch and performance tracking Cultivate relationships with relevant influencers to generate engaging, conversion-oriented content Brand Collaborations & Strategic Partnerships Identify and execute co-branding initiatives and strategic partnerships to increase reach and brand equity Drive collaborative marketing efforts that attract new audiences Media & PR Coordination Collaborate with media partners and PR agencies to secure coverage for key campaigns, new launches, and brand milestones Qualifications 5–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally within retail, luxury retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors Proven track record in digital marketing, content development, and social media strategy Strong creative sensibility and ability to translate insights into compelling marketing assets Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics software Experience in influencer marketing and brand partnerships is a significant advantage Passion for fashion, consumer trends, and the evolving retail landscape Location: Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines #J-18808-Ljbffr
