As our Brand Manager (or Assistant Brand Manager , depending on experience), you'll be in charge of building, growing, and positioning our brand in a competitive market. You’ll handle everything from crafting killer marketing strategies to making sure our stores are aligned with the brand’s identity — all while staying in tune with customer behavior, fashion trends, and business goals. If you’re strategic, creative, commercially savvy, and obsessed with the details and the big picture, we want you on our team. What You’ll Own Sales & Profitability: Drive performance and turn insights into results. Inventory Management: Keep stock smart and synced with demand. Marketing & Brand Positioning: Build brand love through well‑thought‑out campaigns and strategies. Business Development: Spot new opportunities and help us grow smarter and faster. Retail Operations & Team Performance: Align our frontliners with brand goals and energy. Business & Financial Management: Track marketing costs, analyze ROI, and work magic with numbers. We’re Looking For Someone Who Has a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent. Has 4–5 years of relevant experience in Brand Management. Has at least 2 years of experience in Retail Sales & Store Operations. Thinks strategically , acts creatively , and always follows through. Has a strong business sense — you can spot trends, read the market, and plan for growth. Knows how to lead a team and communicate effectively, whether it’s on the floor or in the boardroom. Is highly organized , can juggle tasks like a pro, and works with urgency and purpose. Can handle pressure, stay positive, and hustle when needed. Is open to working on‑site at our Head Office- Don Chino Roces, Makati City.
