We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Transport Driver Costing to join our team. The Transport Driver Costing will be responsible for accurately tracking and managing the costs associated with our transportation operations. This role involves detailed record-keeping, cost analysis, and collaboration with our transport and finance teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. Position Requirements Driver and client costing. (No need for drivers to apply ) Prepare and issue manual invoices as required. Investigate and resolve driver pay queries timely and professional manner. Provide revenue information, notes, and reports required by internal and external stakeholders. Undertake a range of administrative tasks to support the effective operation of the team. Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets related to driver and client costs. Collaborate with the client services team to address billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Ensuring precise cost calculations for the driver What do you need: Must be graduate of Math, Accountancy, Finance or Business-related course Experience in an Australian Company Transport Environment would be ideal. An exceptional proficiency in Mathematics. Highly analytical and detail oriented Ability to concentrate on job costing from two distinct computer systems on a daily basis. Must have a high level of focus. Ability to analyse the revenue weekly Ability to work autonomously Ability to follow a set of guidelines on different customer driver costing rules and able to retain and remember the information relevant to the different customers Ability to cost special jobs outside of the normal rulings when required Can work together with the Costing colleague in our BGC office and to maintain clear communication with the Costing Supervisor in Australia, both verbally and via Teams. A reserved person who can focuses on their responsibilities, showing the capability to efficiently carry out instructions and respond suitably.
