Your Role:
As a Sr. Digital Marketing Strategist , you will:
- Lead the planning, creation, editing, and publishing of digital and social media content across United Petroleum, Pie Face, and Quickstop brands.
- Coordinate content development with internal teams and external creatives, ensuring alignment with brand tone and strategic goals.
- Manage day-to-day community engagement and customer interaction across social and digital platforms.
- Implement long-term content calendars and national social media campaigns, including Meta ad management and local store opening activations.
- Report weekly and monthly on campaign performance, community management metrics, and content analytics, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to build channel communities, drive customer engagement, and achieve business objectives.
- Analyze trends, competitors, and customer insights to guide strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong written communication and content editing skills
- Solid organizational, planning, and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred skills/expertise
- Background in retail, QSR, e-commerce, food, or coffee-related industries
- Video editing experience using Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Data-driven decision-making with strong problem-solving ability
- Commercial awareness and creativity in identifying business opportunities
