Responsibilities Support a team of software engineers in the development of software products and solutions, providing guidance, code reviews, and technical support. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of software projects. Assist in the professional growth and mentorship of team members through regular feedback, coaching, and career development planning. Contribute to the execution of the software engineering strategy, participating in strategic discussions and technology assessments. Manage project tasks and assignments, helping to prioritize and plan work to meet project goals. Monitor project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets to ensure efficient project execution. Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, working to resolve issues as they arise. Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Mandatory Skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering. Strong experience in frontend development (HTML, CSS, Angular, Unit Testing). Knowledgeable in backend development (dotnet) and Azure Technologies is preferred. Strong programming and debugging skills. Some prior experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity. Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices. Good communication and teamwork skills (will need to be comfortable talking to foreign stakeholders). Willingness to learn and grow in a leadership role. Strong organizational and time management skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Relevant certifications or training a plus. Benefits Health Insurance (HMO) for you and dependents upon hiring.
